Our Non-Litigation Practice

In addition to our litigation practice, we provided ongoing advice and counsel to clients regarding the full range of employment practices, including collective bargaining negotiations, hiring, promotion and training practices, wage structure and benefits. We advised several jointly administered Taft-Hartley trust funds regarding investments, personnel policies, benefit design and related matters before the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor.

We advised numerous employees about legal aspects of problems encountered in the workplace. We were successful in many instances in negotiating amicable and mutually-beneficial separation agreements under which our clients agreed to release potential claims in consideration of fair severance terms.
